Ordering

Click the 'Get Started' button and simply fill out the online order form, progressing through the steps by adding in your personal info, activity level and meal preferences. Next, we will provide you with an instant quote in accordance to your nutritional requirements. Once the order is completed it will be passed through to one of our nutritionists to design your bespoke plan.

If you already know your nutritional requirements (i.e. you have macros to input), just type them into the boxes available. If you are not sure, then Lavo, our proprietary algorithm will work them out for you!

Once payment has been received, we require 3 working days to get you started. This allows time for a nutritionist to set up your bespoke plan and get everything in place for delivery.

Your price depends on a number of factors, namely the number of days you order for, number of meals ordered per day and whether any extras are added. The price per day is cheaper, the longer you order for.

There are two options for payment, upfront or weekly. If you decide to pay weekly it will cost you £1 / day more. Weekly payments are offered on plans over 30 days and over. Find out more on the pricing page.

If you add any snacks or drinks to your delivery, these will be charged at £4 for snacks and juices, and £3 for shakes. There are also charges to select postcodes and if a timed delivery service is selected.

Delivery

In London - our delivery area extends to everywhere within the M25. Deliveries to most of these postcodes is free. However, please note that delivery charges can apply in some circumstances.

Outside of London - we deliver to select postcodes in Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Nottingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Telford and Warwick. Check the postcode in the first step of the order form to see if we deliver to your area. These postcodes incur a £5 delivery charge per delivery.

We can deliver to your home or workplace, if your office has 24hr access.

You can either provide our delivery team with a key to access a secure location (preferred) or you can tell us where it will be safe to leave your bag (i.e. tucked behind a hedge, behind a wall etc.) overnight. We can even provide a fox and weather proof box if you require one, this incurs a refundable charge of £12.50.

For our London service, we deliver daily from Monday to Friday and all deliveries are made overnight, between 23:00 and 06:00. Deliveries can occur at any time in this delivery window, a specific time slot cannot be selected. If you would like food for the weekend then we can supply you with multiple bags on the Friday drop. You can select your default delivery pattern on the order form, as well as change it through the client login area at any time.

We also have a timed delivery service, which is available to select central city postcodes. This delivery takes place between 6am and 10am, at a charge of £3.50 per delivery. If this service is available to your postcode, you will be given the option to select this on the order form.

Delivery for all areas outside of London take place from Tuesday to Friday only, there is no Monday delivery. There is also no delivery on any day following a public holiday. Delivery will be made between 6 am - 10 am each day, deliveries can occur at any time in this delivery window, a specific time slot cannot be selected.

Fresh Fitness Food is a London friendly service. You are free to choose which days of the week that you do and do not want food, this can be selected on the order form, and changed at any time through your client login area. You are also free to pause the service at any time. Please note that we require 2 working days notice if you would like to alter your delivery pattern or pause your deliveries. You can pause deliveries up to a maximum of 12 months, after this any unused days will expire.

Food

Our Executive Chef works hard to develop close relationships with honest and trustworthy suppliers to source the best quality ingredients for your meals. We source locally grown food wherever possible, and use grass-fed beef, free-range eggs and sustainably sourced fish.
Your meals will arrive labelled with a comprehensive description of the components, as well as list any allergens contained within the meal. You can access your daily meal menu, as well as previous days menus from your client login area, under the menu tab. This menu will provide a complete nutritional breakdown for each meal, and the total nutritional breakdown for the whole day.
We have a varied and exciting menu, which is on a 3 week rotation. This means you will not see the same meal twice within this time period. We also update recipes frequently and in accordance with seasonal produce.

All meals arrive individually packaged and ready to eat, just as they are.

Some meals will be best served hot, in which case you can heat either in a microwave or oven, using the instructions provided on each label.

As we deliver daily, you will not need to store your food for more than 12-14 hrs. However, should you wish to save some of the meals they will stay fresh for 3 days if kept refrigerated. If you are planning on eating the meals after 3 days, please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness.

We are happy to exclude up to 3 ingredients, and all our meals are gluten free. However, if you have allergies, the service is used at your own risk. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure an excluded ingredient is not contained within your meal. The meals are made in a facility that handles nuts, eggs, soya, sesame, celery and dairy products so we cannot guarantee that traces of these ingredients will not be present in the meals.
We offer fully vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian menus. This can be selected in the meal preference section of the order form.
You are free to exclude up to a maximum of 3 ingredients or groups of food (i.e. red meat, dairy, fish etc.) Simply list these on the order form, or update from your client login area. The exception to this is the vegan and paleo meal preferences, which do not allow for any additional exclusions.
Yes, we are able to offer an entirely halal menu, just let the team know.

Nutrition

We specialise in bespoke nutrition. You can either provide us with your nutritional requirements or a dedicated nutritionist will align your food to your nutritional needs and your personal goals.

If you or your personal trainer would like to supply us with your nutritional requirements just enter these during the order process, you will be provided with the option to 'enter my own macros' at the meal preference stage.

Yes, you are able to update your macros at any point throughout your meal plan. In the client login area you will find the option to update your macros, as well as add or remove meals or snacks and juices. Otherwise you can opt to discuss your plan with a nutritionist to see what changes they would recommend based on your feedback, just book in your nutrition call through the client login area.

A nutritionist will also check in regularly with you to ensure you are progressing towards your goals and organise any changes necessary to ensure you stay on track.

Absolutely, enter one set of macros on the order form, then request that these differ from day-to-day once the order is placed with an email to support@freshfitnessfood.com. Our nutrition team will then input this information into your plan. This type of request usually takes the form of a carb-cycling program, where the amount of carbohydrate is varied, typically in line with your training frequency and level of intensity.
